Urban Laundry Express is not at all liable for any damage of clothing while in their care…be it from washing machines, dryers, pickup, delivery, in climate weather, etc.
All customers are responsible for:
- Pre-treating any stains
- Separating colors from whites (2 bags required for separating colors & whites)
- Having laundry accessible for Urban Laundry Express drivers to pick up and deliver without waiting
- Customers may leave or have laundry bags left on porches/front stoops or anywhere Urban Laundry Express drivers can see from the road (Although customers will be doing so at their own risk...Urban Laundry Express is not liable for any potential theft or in climate weather damages that may occur)
- Disabling user accounts and subscriptions
- Placing all laundry in Urban Laundry Express bags that are provided (bags can not be overloaded...if an additional bag is needed please note it at the time of placing a pickup...they're free)
